Every Moment Matters is the Otterbein Hospice commitment to patients and family
members to share in every moment of their end of life journey.
Proceeds will benefit Otterbein Hospice Care.
Race Day: Saturday, October 3, 2015
Time: Race time 8:30 am Registration starts at 7:30 am (meet at Pavilion shelter)
Entry Fees: Pre Registered $30.00, $32.00 day of race
(T-shirt included if registered by September 25th, after that date shirt is not guaranteed)
Partners and Residents get $5.00 off using coupon code (email kstites@otterbein.org for code)
Awards: 1st/2nd place Prizes for Male/Female fastest time over all and for male/female division winners
Age Groups: 12 & Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Location: Otterbein Hospice 5K Walk/ Run will be held at Otterbein Lebanon Campus:
585 North State Route 741, Lebanon, Ohio
The race will be on a paved surface routing through Otterbein Retirement campus.
(Strollers are permitted if starting back behind runners and faster walkers.
Timing will be done by All Sports Timing & Race Management.
Packet Pick-Up: Race Packets and shirts will be ready for pickup on Friday October 2, from 9-5 pm at:
672 N State Rt 741, Lebanon Ohio 45036
Goodie bags and bag tags to the first 150 registered.
Post race refreshments, and door prizes, must be present to win

Parking will be at the Hospice and Home Health and WCCS building at 672 N State Rt 741, Lebanon, Oh 45036, across the street from main Lebanon Campus
